Join Our Team as a Head Bartender at JW Marriott Berlin

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Bartender to join our team at JW Marriott Berlin. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience, managing our bar operations, and leading our team to deliver outstanding service.

About the Role
  • Lead and manage our bar team to deliver exceptional service and high-quality drinks
  • Develop and implement new cocktail menus and promotions to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction
  • Manage bar inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative cocktails and menu items
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender or bar manager in a high-end hotel or restaurant
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team to achieve high standards
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine, with the ability to create innovative and unique drinks
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills
