Senior Brand Strategy Manager at Güntner GmbH

The Senior Brand Strategy Manager will play a crucial role in strengthening the global brand position, leading strategic projects, and building market know-how. Key responsibilities include:

  • Content & Campaigns
    • Develop the yearly content plan with key focus topics, including the creation of stories in collaboration with a copywriter and input from Brand Activation Managers.
    • Oversee global campaign planning, including the development of campaign ideas and regional campaign requests and execution with creative teams.
  • Strategic Projects
    • Manage and contribute to strategic projects, including branding projects, brand videos, brand apps, and global surveys.
  • Analytics
    • Lead the yearly brand tracking exercise globally.
    • Conduct competitor tracking within the Marketing department for all brands.
    • Launch automated customer surveys globally and establish information flow to key stakeholders.
  • Innovation and Sustainability
    • Think according to future trends, while continuously having sustainability in mind.
  • Budget
    • Plan and monitor the global budget for the department.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, along with profound professional experience in marketing and leadership. Fluency in English is mandatory, with good Spanish and/or German being a plus.
