Customer Experience Senior Manager Cardiovascular

Job Title: Customer Experience Senior Manager CardiovascularWe are seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to join our Customer Experience Strategy group as a Customer Experience Senior Manager Cardiovascular. This role will be responsible for driving the implementation of our strategic framework for cardiovascular products, focusing on an integrated approach to customer experience that considers the end-to-end journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy for cardiovascular products, including Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing & Sales, and Digital Excellence.
- Drive the implementation of Single Minded Proposition for Cardiovascular and lead customer experience planning for the brand in alignment with the portfolio, focusing on patients.
- Challenge strategic and implementation plans (EU and affiliates) for the brand, focusing on creating one end-to-end customer journey.
- Develop and implement activities and content according to customer needs, deliver on EU campaigns together with affiliates.
- Act as product owner for digital solutions, driving implementation from need identification to roll-out of the solutions.
- Contribute to Life Cycle Management (LCM) and competitive approaches.
- MBA or marketing degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in cardiovascular or diabetes.
- Commercial experience and acumen.
- Experience in building impactful customer interactions in Germany or other European countries where Daiichi Sankyo Europe is present.
- Experience in creating personalized content for HCPs through development of modular content and supporting localization and implementation.
- Develop channel-specific templates to be cascaded to countries, considering customer journey.
- Hands-on proactive approach and accountability.
- Good communication and strong social skills.
- Experience working in and leading cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
- Ability to work in English - fluent written and spoken, additional language a plus.
