Are you a student with a passion for business, information systems, SCM, operations, or logistics? Do you have a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills? We're looking for a talented individual to join our global distribution team at adidas as a Supply Chain Operations Intern.

About the Role

As a Supply Chain Operations Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain management, specifically in global outbound. You will support the implementation of initiatives to enhance outbound transportation capabilities, assist in tracking transportation KPIs and performance metrics, and contribute to regular reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of initiatives to enhance outbound transportation capabilities
  • Assist in tracking transportation KPIs and performance metrics
  • Contribute to regular reporting
  • Collaborate with partnering functions (Global and Regions)
  • Support in analyzing transportation data and identifying key trends and insights to support strategic decision-making
Requirements
  • Student with a focus on Business, Information Systems, SCM, Operations, Logistics or similar
  • Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
  • Knowledge and awareness of: Product Supply, Global Logistics, Supply Chain Development
  • Structured, organized and process orientated, with an analytical mindset
  • High resilience and solution-oriented attitude
  • Team player who enjoys working in an international environment
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Fluent in English both verbally and written

  • Monthly gross allowance: non-compulsory internship 2.098,00€, compulsory internship 1.590,00 € (Difference due to different taxation, net will be the same)
Eligibility
  • Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
  • Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master's degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
  • Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate)
  • Availability for the full duration of the internship from March 2025 - September 2025
  • Ability to relocate to Herzogenaurach in Germany for the full duration of the internship
