About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at RLE INTERNATIONAL Group. As a Team Leader for Component Assembly, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the assembly and testing of key components.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of assembly technicians and engineers to ensure the efficient and effective production of high-quality components.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, purchasing, and commissioning, to ensure seamless integration of components into the production process.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of quality.
  • Manage and develop the skills and knowledge of team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Represent the company's values and vision to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans and operational implementation.
  • Drive the implementation of modern, efficient processes and structures in collaboration with employees.
  • Work collaboratively with other team leaders to achieve common goals.

Requirements

  • Industrial engineer or technician in metal or electrical engineering, or equivalent qualification, with significant experience in a production-related field.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a cooperative and motivating manner.
  • Ability to design and implement a stable production environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and a strong desire for optimization.
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP, module PP).
  • Ability to translate strategic goals into team goals and demonstrate enthusiasm and skill in working with diverse individuals.
  • Ability to make result-oriented decisions without difficulty.
  • Fluent German and good English language skills in writing and speaking.
