Solution Architect

Deutsche Bank Technology in Berlin is seeking a skilled Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Banking Tribe, you will play a crucial role in driving the digital transformation of our clients in Germany.
We are responsible for the digital transformation of ~ clients in 3 brands, including the establishment of the BizBanking platform and the automation of processes for this client segment. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for determining functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications, making use of technologies such as Google Cloud Platform and Data Vault 2.0, and defining all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to approving the final product before release.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering Teams to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications.
- Make use of technologies such as Google Cloud Platform and Data Vault 2.0 to develop solution design with attention to system integration and feasibility.
- Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to approving the final product before release.
- Help the engineering team to ensure consistency with initial design and ensure that the software follows the architecture principles and meets all functional and quality characteristics.
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to engineers and ensure that the software follows the architecture principles, meets all the functional and quality attributes.
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with a strong professional experience and expert knowledge in working with (large-scale) structured and unstructured data, knowledge of object-oriented programming, software design patterns, web applications, cybersecurity, and open-source technologies. Experience working with Google Cloud architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, and any of these Public Clouds: AWS, Azure, GCP is also required. You should have a hands-on attitude, curiosity, and problem-solving skills, and speak fluently English.
