SAP HR Reporting Specialist

**About the Role**

G+D is seeking a highly skilled SAP Business Intelligence Consultant to join our Business Intelligence Center (BIC) department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising business units on reporting requirements, managing sub-projects, and implementing reporting solutions in SAP BW.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Advise business units on reporting requirements and implement solutions in SAP BW
  • Manage sub-projects and coordinate reporting requirements
  • Develop and maintain reporting solutions in SAP BW
  • Collaborate with international teams on system changes and roll-outs
  • Design and implement IT concepts and tools
  • Ensure ongoing operation of SAP Business Intelligence solutions

**Requirements**

  • Degree in computer science, economics, or comparable training
  • Professional experience in HR Reporting with SAP BI/BW
  • Experience in SAP BW/4 Hana and hybrid data modeling
  • Knowledge of ABAP OO, CDS Views, and SQL Script
  • Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud desirable
  • Deep technical understanding of ABAP and AMDP development
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
