About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Strategy Consultant to join our team at RSight®. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on the development and implementation of AI strategies that support and drive their business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from requirements analysis, modeling, and implementation to the presentation of results.
  • Data Science Expertise: Identify new applications of data science and artificial intelligence for our customers.
  • Client Relationships: Build strong, trusting relationships with our customers and act as a central point of contact for all data-related issues.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Promote knowledge transfer within the team and support the personal and professional development of team members.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all data analyses and models meet the highest quality standards and are carried out in accordance with industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in the data science or AI context, ideally in consulting, with proven success in leading projects and teams.
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data and derive actionable recommendations.
  • Sound knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization as well as in-depth knowledge of cloud platforms and AI architecture.
  • Project management: Experience in managing and executing projects while adhering to schedules and budgets.
  • Full professional German proficiency.
  • German B2: Professional working proficiency.
  • English B2: Professional working proficiency.
