We are currently looking for a tax consultant (m/w/d) with partner perspective in Kaiserslautern.

As a tax consultant (m/w/d) with partner perspective, you will:

• Provide comprehensive support to your clients with a sympathetic approach and high-quality work, including the preparation of annual financial statements for companies of all types
• Be the first point of contact for your clients in all tax and business-related matters
• Take on personnel responsibility and lead your team empathetically
• Implement process optimizations and quality controls to maintain our high standards
• Support the expansion and development of our client base

We are looking for someone who:

• Has the courage and enthusiasm for future-oriented, digital, and client-oriented tax consulting
• Has successfully completed the tax consultant exam and ideally has experience in personnel management
• Can imagine taking on more responsibility as a partner in our company in the future
• Has a talent for working with IT and is not afraid of digital solutions
• Is characterized by a self-reliant, engaged, and responsible working style
• Has excellent communication skills
