About the Role

  • Develop and implement HR processes to support employee experience
  • Recruit production staff and handle HR inquiries
  • Standardize and simplify processes to improve efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with Mondelēz International policies and regulations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR and process management
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Ability to drive process improvements and standardization
