Wir suchen einen motivierten und erfahrenen IT-Support-Professional, der sich auf die Herausforderungen und Möglichkeiten im Bereich IT-Support einlassen möchte.

Als Mitarbeiter IT-Support (m/w/d) bei Fokus Academics werden Sie Teil eines dynamischen Teams und haben die Möglichkeit, Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse in der IT-Branche zu entwickeln.

Die Aufgaben:
  • IT-Support und -Administration
  • Netzwerk- und Systemadministration
  • Installation und Konfiguration von Hard- und Software
  • IT-Projekte und -Support
  • Administration und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur
Die Anforderungen:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker
  • Erfahrung im IT-Support und mit Ticketsystemen
  • Allgemeine Grundkenntnisse in Microsoft Office 365
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Datenbanken, Linux und Programmiersprachen (von Vorteil)
