Senior Workforce Planning Specialist

Workforce Planning and Configuration

As a key member of the ZEISS team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely initiation and management of workforce planning cycles across the organization. This includes provisioning, configuring, and managing systems to meet evolving business needs.

  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Configure and manage HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Collaborate with HR and technology teams to maintain and improve HRIS systems
Performance Monitoring and Quality Control

You will be responsible for monitoring system health by key metrics to ensure smooth operation, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable insights. This includes implementing quality control systems for data and reporting accuracy.

Reporting and Insights

You will be responsible for building and customizing regular and ad-hoc workforce planning scenarios, models, and dashboards per request. This includes ensuring data accuracy and integrity across various HR systems and reporting tools.

Collaboration and Training
