Sales Associate Backshop

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Backshop team at REWE. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and productive store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including ingredients, nutritional information, and product features.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the backshop area, by following company standards and procedures.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking products, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive store environment, and support each other in achieving individual and team objectives.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
- Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
