NetSuite Consultant for Digital Transformation

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Consultant to join our team at PROMATIS. As a NetSuite Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing digital transformation solutions for our clients using Oracle NetSuite ERP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of our clients' business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for digital transformation.
- NetSuite Configuration: Configure NetSuite ERP solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients, including designing and implementing custom workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Implementation and Training: Lead the implementation of NetSuite solutions, providing training and support to our clients' staff to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
- Change Management: Work with our clients to develop and implement change management strategies to ensure a successful digital transformation.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in industrial engineering, information systems, information management, business administration with IT affinity, computer science with business affinity, or career changer with practical business experience.
- Experience: Sound business knowledge and ideally user experience in at least one of the following areas: finance and accounting, enterprise performance management, SCM/logistics and production, customer experience (sales, marketing, service).
- Skills: Responsible use of digital technologies and AI, excellent communication skills, abstraction and structuring skills, diligence in creating documentation and presentation materials, and good German and English language skills.
