Technical Enablement Specialist

As a Technical Enablement Specialist within the OVHcloud Group, you will be part of the customer care organization division, specifically within the Product Enablement team. Our goal is to deliver public events, such as technical trainings on our solutions, to accelerate the adoption of OVHcloud solutions by our customers.

The Product Enablement team is responsible for animating content in person or remotely to spread knowledge and technical expertise to our customers. This contributes to the Group's growth.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering and spreading technical knowledge and expertise on OVHcloud products during public or private events, such as tutorials, theoretical training with demos, Tech Labs, and Webinars.
  • Creating technical training content on OVHcloud products, adapted to audiences and delivery modes (in-person, remote, eLearning).
  • Developing skills and knowledge in one or more areas to keep up with the state of the art of OVHcloud solutions.
  • Playing an evangelist role with customers.

In 6 months, you will have accomplished:

  • You will have delivered and spread technical knowledge and expertise on OVHcloud products in several cities in Germany.
  • You will have taken on the role of cloud evangelist for our customers.

And in 1 year, you will have mastered:

  • You will have developed skills and knowledge in one or more areas to keep up with the state of the art of OVHcloud solutions.
  • You will have created technical training content on OVHcloud products, adapted to audiences and delivery modes (in-person, remote, eLearning).

The skills required for this role include:

  • Excellent oral communication skills in German and English.
  • Proficiency in main pedagogical principles and animation techniques.
  • Experience as an educational content designer.
  • Knowledge of OVHcloud portfolio products or their equivalent at a hyperscaler (cloud providers), particularly in the public cloud universe (Compute, storage, network, Kubernetes, Database as a service, Artificial Intelligence, Identity and access management).
