We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at BLUME2000 SE. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the store's daily operations, including customer service, sales, and inventory management.
  • Support the Store Manager in leading a team of sales associates, providing guidance, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase store profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a positive and inclusive store culture, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, store displays, and product presentations to create an engaging and inspiring shopping experience for customers.
  • Support the Store Manager in managing store budgets, forecasting sales, and analyzing sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Relevant retail experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
