Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Project Execution: You will lead end-to-end delivery of high-priority projects, ensuring milestones are met, risks are mitigated, and outcomes align with organizational objectives.
  • Stakeholder Alignment and Communication: Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and effective communication across all project stages.
  • Resource and Change Management: Identify and coordinate resources needed for projects, managing dependencies and driving change adoption across teams while minimizing disruptions.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Develop and maintain key project metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor progress and evaluate the success of strategic initiatives.
  • Problem-Solving and Risk Mitigation: Anticipate challenges, proactively address roadblocks, and craft solutions to navigate complex project dynamics.
Your Profile:
  • Experience: Proven track record in strategic project delivery, with ~4-6 years' experience in managing impactful, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Project Leadership: Managed software development and process improvement projects with measurable outcomes.
  • Business Acumen: Strong grasp of corporate strategy and SaaS financial metrics.
  • Executive Collaboration: Experience working with senior leaders or C-suite.
