Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Office Allrounder (m/w/d) für unser Team in Frankfurt am Main.

Als Office Allrounder bist du für die administrative Unterstützung des Teams zuständig. Du übernimmst die Veranstaltungsorganisation und das Reise-Management, erstellst Termine für die Teammitglieder und bist für die Korrespondenz zum Finanzamt sowie die Erstellung von Dokumenten und Bescheinigungen verantwortlich.

Deine Aufgaben umfassen auch die Pflege des Intranets und die Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Dokumenten und Präsentationen.

Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Office-Bereich, idealerweise mit Schnittstellen zu Finanzthemen
  • Sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeiten, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
