EHS Sustainability Specialist

As a key member of our team at Fresenius Kabi, you will play a vital role in shaping our environmental sustainability strategy. With a strong background in energy management and environmental protection, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements, promoting sustainable practices within our organisation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support energy efficiency assessments and evaluate energy efficiency measures and their environmental impact across multiple sites
• Provide technical support in the procurement and design of energy-related equipment
• Conduct global internal EHS audits and promote continuous improvement initiatives
• Support sites in preparing for external audits and addressing ISO 50001 challenges
• Develop templates, tools, and best practices to optimise processes and create training materials and conduct training at various sites
• Participate in energy-related projects and construction contracts
• Internal and external reporting, including the Carbon Disclosure Project
• Contribute to the improvement and maintenance of our global monitoring software Resource Advisor

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering/energy technology or a related field
• Initial practical experience in the field of energy technology
• Flexibility in adapting to changing situations and requirements
• Resilience in dealing with difficult situations and a positive basic attitude
• Ability to work independently and autonomously on assigned tasks and projects
• Assertiveness in effectively communicating ideas, opinions, and recommendations
• Strong ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
• Exceptional proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal
