Product Management Leader for Intercom Solutions

Riedel Communications is a leading provider of live production tools in the media, sports, and entertainment sectors. To cater to our customers' needs comprehensively, we are divided into three business units: Product Division, Managed Technology & Riedel Networks.

Our Product Division is responsible for developing, producing, and distributing audio, video, IT, and communication solutions. With our live production tools for the media, sports, entertainment, and corporate industries, we deliver a wide range of high-quality and state-of-the-art products that are among the most innovative in the industry.

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Management Leader to head our Intercom Product Management Team at Riedel. As the successful candidate, you will drive the team to continue developing world-class intercom products in Riedel's chosen markets.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Intercom Product Management Team at Riedel and drive the team to continue developing world-class intercom products in Riedel's chosen markets.
  • Build product strategies and roadmaps to deliver growth and strengthen competitive positioning.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop financial business cases for new product developments.
  • Develop core product messaging and positioning with the Business Development & Marketing teams.
  • Manage the intercom part of tenders where roadmap items are required.

Requirements

  • Deep experience in Product Management with 5+ years of experience in a software/hardware manufacturing business with an international customer base.
  • Proven track record of successful new product development using Stage Gate and Agile processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Intercom production workflows, audio processing, IP media networks, and cloud production is essential.
  • English (fluent – must have), Other languages (German is a plus).
  • Mobility and willingness to travel.
