At zeroG GmbH, we empower businesses in the aviation industry to leverage data for transformative growth. As a Data-Driven Business Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in this mission, collaborating with clients to unlock the power of insights hidden within their data.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive metrics, reports, and dashboards that provide actionable intelligence.
  • Bridge the gap between analytical needs and business outcomes by effectively communicating insights to stakeholders and translating them into data-driven solutions.
  • Dive deep into vast datasets using advanced analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, R, web analytics, and BI platforms to uncover critical business trends and answer key questions.
  • Analyze historical and current data to identify emerging patterns and forecast future trends, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to conceptualize and implement robust data pipelines and advanced analytics initiatives.
  • Occasionally assume the role of a product owner, shaping product vision, scope, and features by gathering requirements, managing backlogs, and strategizing releases.

Your Profile:

  • Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in agile methodologies like Scrum and excel at organizing team assignments.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication and leadership skills to effectively engage stakeholders and team members.
  • Possess strong business acumen with the ability to build compelling business cases and discern user requirements.
  • Experience in lateral leadership and proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
  • Familiarity with applied statistics, data analysis, and programming languages such as SAS, R, Python, or SQL.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, business intelligence, and big data concepts.
  • A genuine passion for data, analytics, and machine learning technologies.
