We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team at DEMANDO GmbH. As an IT-Systemadministrator, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Management:

• Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems

• Ensure the availability and performance of our IT systems

• Implement and maintain security measures to protect our IT infrastructure

Windows Server Administration:

• Administer and maintain our Microsoft Windows Server environments

• Implement and manage Windows Server updates and patches

• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows Server-related issues

Virtualization Expertise:

• Manage and maintain our VMware virtualization environment

• Implement and manage virtual machine templates and configurations

• Troubleshoot and resolve virtualization-related issues

Project Management:

• Plan, implement, and manage IT projects

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, Windows Server administration, and virtualization

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, Windows Server, and virtualization technologies

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
