Polier (w/m/d) und Baustellenleiter (w/m/d) für Hochspannungsschaltanlagen

About the Role

Wir suchen nach erfahreneren Fachkräften, um unsere Hochspannungsschaltanlagen zu betreuen. Als Baustellenleiter (w/m/d) und Koordinator (w/m/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Bauprojekten, die Umsetzung von Gesetzen und Vorschriften sowie die Sicherstellung einer sicheren und unfallfreien Arbeitsumgebung.

Job Summary

  • Betreuung deutschlandweiter Baustellen als Baustellenleiter (w/m/d) und Koordinator (w/m/d) nach DGUV Vorschrift 1
  • Beaufischtigung der Bautätigkeiten und Kontrolle des Baufortschritts sowie dessen Qualität und termingerechte Abwicklung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektleitung zur Unterstützung der Abwicklung
  • Frühzeitiges Erkennen von Abweichungen bzw. Mehrleistungen mit anschließendem Ergreifen von Gegenmaßnahmen

Requirements

  • Tätigkeitsbezogene Ausbildung und langjährige Erfahrung in Hoch- und Tiefbau
  • Umfassende Erfahrung als Baupolier (w/m/d) bzw. Vorarbeiter (w/m/d)
  • Erste Erfahrung in fachlicher Führung sowie tiefgreifende Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit (bspw. gesetzliche Regelungen Normen des VDE bzw. CE)
