Platform Engineer for Frontend Developer Experience

We're seeking a highly skilled Platform Engineer to join our Frontend Developer Experience (FeDX) team. As a key member of our Product & Technology department, you'll play a vital role in shaping our engineering culture and the future of thousands of HR teams and organizations across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and engineer new ways to improve developer satisfaction and increase velocity by providing efficient tooling and questioning the status quo.
- Design, build, and deploy robust and delightful solutions for developers, including services, CLI tools, scripts, and plugins.
- Foster relationships and partner with product teams to support them through platform-specific migrations.
- Act as a technical leader to your teammates, helping to improve the team's engineering culture and defining best practices.
- Mentor and coach other engineers to grow into the next generation of technical leaders.
- Drive the platform forward with new ideas and strategies that maintain quality, reliability, security, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Over 8 years of software engineering experience building and designing scalable applications, tools, or distributed systems.
- Leadership experience, including mentoring and coaching other engineers.
- Strong expertise with TypeScript codebases, including NodeJS services and React frontends.
- Ability to work with a technical team on developer-facing tools and services.
- Excellent written and spoken English (level C1/C2 on the CEFR scale).
