Your Role

We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing holistic support to children in the cognitive, emotional, and creative areas
  • Preparing and implementing parent meetings
  • Observing and recording children's development and abilities

Requirements

  • Certified training as an early childhood educator or a degree in education
  • Experience working with bilingual or international children
  • Ability to identify with our pedagogical concept and implement it collaboratively
  • Motivation to co-create new teaching methodologies and develop with the organization
  • English or German language skills at level B2
