Join Our Team as a Service Assistant at AVP Autoland GmbH & Co KG

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Assistant to join our team at AVP Autoland GmbH & Co KG. As a Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and supporting our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional customer service and support to our customers
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Support our sales team with administrative tasks and data entry
  • Assist with maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
Requirements:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung z.B. Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/w/d) oder Automobilkaufmann (m/w/d)
  • Berufserfahrung im Autohaus von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie sicheres, sympathisches Auftreten
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen
