Research Scientist in Immuno-Oncology Cell Therapy Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Scientist to join our R&D Reagents department in Bergisch Gladbach. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of protocols and assays to determine the function and potency of cellular therapies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement protocols for cell expansion and functional cell analysis via flow cytometry and microscopy.
- Compare different methods for cell expansion and analyze the results.
- Plan and conduct experiments independently, working closely with the team and collaborating with other research groups.
- Create protocols and reports, and present data in internal meetings.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in biomedicine, biochemistry, biology, or a related field with excellent results.
- Expertise in NK cell immunology, primary cell culture, and flow cytometry.
- Knowledge of cell therapy development and experience in MACS isolation and in vitro functionality testing of NK cells.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and systematically working individual with a creative mind, ready to accept new challenges with dedication.
- Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
