About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth within the DACH region and contribute to the fight against climate change. As part of the Revenue department, you will play a key role in helping industries decarbonize and ensuring significant tons of carbon are under management in alignment with our company's mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end ownership of the entire sales cycle from lead generation and pre-qualification to negotiation and final closing
  • Research potential new leads, leverage your network to open accounts, and stay on top of developments in the carbon management industry to expand our market base
  • Lead and hold presentations and demonstrations for potential clients, navigating the complexity of the Enterprise SaaS sales process efficiently and smoothly
  • Develop your own strategy to contact and acquire prospective clients through various mediums, from LinkedIn and other network platforms to phoning, emailing, or meeting in person
  • Collaborate closely with other teams and colleagues in the Revenue department to help align offerings with the needs of clients
  • Build trust-based and long-term relationships with our clients, networking, communicating with, and keeping our existing customers informed
  • Ensure transparency on your sales pipeline, staying on top of administrative tasks and updating our CRM system (HubSpot)
  • Establish a cross-functional and collaborative relationship with other departments, such as Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
Requirements
  • Extensive working experience in enterprise SaaS sales within the B2B tech environment managing the entire sales cycle
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German, with fluency in German being a must-have requirement for this role
  • End-to-end experience of the sales process paired with excellent negotiation skills and strong business acumen
  • Experience in enterprise sales in at least one of the following industries: manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, construction, machinery, chemicals, or logistics
  • Clear understanding of the carbon emissions business and a strong desire to play a part in guiding industry towards achieving a net-zero mission, with experience working in the climate tech industry being a strong plus
  • Demonstrated success working with stakeholders to generate revenue and sales pipeline
  • Ability to collect and analyze market and competitor data to influence and support our Partnership strategy
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Self-motivation and the ability to be motivated by targets, goals, OKRs/KPIs in alignment with our organizational objectives and strategy
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage your tasks and projects individually
  • A supportive team player, results-oriented, metrics-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • A positive, open-minded, and strategic thinker with a proactive approach and a self-driven work attitude
  • Excitement to join our diverse and international team in Berlin or Munich, with a willingness to travel to our customers and offices in Berlin and Munich on a regular basis
