Under the Circle K brand, we manage convenience shops in 1,200 service stations across Germany. Join us as a Field Category Manager Food & Restaurant for the North and West Germany region (North Rhine-Westphalia, Lower Saxony, Hamburg, Bremen, Schleswig-Holstein).

Responsibilities
  • Support us in developing, maintaining, and implementing our concepts at our service stations with gastronomic offerings.
  • As a contact person for our service station partners and their teams, you will assist with all professional questions in the food service and food service areas, including supporting the optimization of work processes and participating in new product development.
  • Monitor and maintain our hygiene, quality, and sales standards in your area of responsibility and work together to ensure they are met.
  • Develop projects in food and restaurant categories in consultation with your supervisor, create concepts, and propose optimization measures.
  • Participate in networking, continuous market and competition observation, and take responsibility for the success of your area of responsibility.

Requirements
  • A completed education in the hotel and catering industry and/or food industry, as well as at least 2 years of professional experience in the system catering and/or convenience sector.
  • Sound market, business, and analytical knowledge.
  • Passion for sales, gastronomy, and food service, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of service orientation, contact friendliness, negotiation skills, and solution-oriented action.
  • Very good German and solid English language skills in writing and speaking.
  • Residence in the area of responsibility and a valid driver's license with good driving experience.
