Job Title: Warehouse Logistics Manager
About the Role:
- Oversee the efficient management of warehouse operations, ensuring seamless order processing and inventory control.
- Lead a team of up to 10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive process improvements and optimize logistics workflows.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities to meet business objectives.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Manage inventory levels and optimize storage capacity.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to track key performance indicators.

- Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
