Dialysis Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dialysis Nurse / MFA / Medical Cross-Trainee (m/w/d) to join our team at Nephrocare Witten GmbH. As a member of our interdisciplinary treatment team, you will play a vital role in providing patient-centered care and support to individuals with kidney disease.

• Provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing dialysis, including monitoring vital functions and administering treatments
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis technologies and techniques
