Wir suchen einen engagierten Servicetechniker (m/w/d) für die Region rund um Nürnberg. Als innovatives Familienunternehmen ist CLAGE spezialisiert auf die Entwicklung, Herstellung und den Vertrieb von Produkten für die effiziente, dezentrale Warmwasserversorgung.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Fachgerechte Installation und Inbetriebnahme hochwertiger Wassersysteme
  • Durchführung von Wartungs-, Service- und Reparaturarbeiten vor Ort, selbstständige Fehlersuche und technische Problemlösungen beim Kunden
  • Eigenverantwortliche und termingerechte Ausführung der Serviceeinsätze
  • Eigenständige Verwaltung Ihres Muster- und Ersatzteillagers
  • Berichterfassung über moderne Servicetool
Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Sanitär-/Heizungstechnik mit Weiterbildung zur Elektrofachkraft, eine Ausbildung im Elektrohandwerk oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung als Servicetechniker im Außendienst sowie Reisebereitschaft, Kunden-, Service- sowie Verkaufsorientierung
  • Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild, freundliches und verbindliches Auftreten gegenüber Kunden
  • Kosten- und qualitätsbewusstes Arbeiten, Selbstorganisation, Engagement und zeitliche Flexibilität
  • Führerschein Klasse B und sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programme
