Job Description

At Tintschl AG, we are seeking a highly skilled Project and Configuration Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and updating advanced training materials, ensuring their operation at our training academy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in Change Board meetings to discuss technical changes to helicopters.
  • Analyze and evaluate the impact of configuration changes on training materials for pilot and technician training.
  • Collaborate closely with experts, instructors, and media developers to ensure the development of high-quality training materials.
  • Manage the configuration of training materials and initiate necessary modifications.
  • Oversee the maintenance of our hangar, including four helicopters, associated workshops, and relevant tools.
Requirements
  • M.Sc./Eng. or PhD in Aeronautical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the aerospace field.
  • Proven experience in configuration and project management.
  • Desirable: experience with helicopters.
  • Fluent English language skills are essential, and proficiency in German or other languages is beneficial.
