Senior Retail Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Retail Operations Manager to join our team in Ingolstadt. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the successful operation of our store, leading a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, with experience in coaching and developing teams. You will be a natural leader, highly motivated, and able to drive the team to achieve personal and store targets (KPIs).

As a Senior Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing daily operations, managing inventory, and ensuring a high-level omnichannel experience for our customers. You will also be responsible for training and developing the team, promoting a positive work environment, and maintaining a culture of excellence.

We offer a competitive salary of €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, comprehensive training programs, and opportunities for career development.
