Job Title: Intern - Business & Data Operations

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist our team in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our market data distribution. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including quality assurance, system maintenance, and customer support.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the daily operations of our market data distribution activities, ensuring error-free and smooth functional operation.
  • Support market participants in functional questions related to market data, products, and other market data-related topics.
  • Monitor market data distribution activities and take responsibility for monitoring other quality assurance processes.
  • Gain insights into various projects and contribute to the team's efforts in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our market data distribution.
Requirements:
  • Enrolled as a regular student at a state-recognized university, with a focus on finance, economics, or a comparable field.
  • Strong analytical skills, creativity, and ability to break down complex topics into smaller operational steps.
  • Effective communication skills in an international, multi-lingual environment.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to a dynamic environment and learn new skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, SAP, Sharepoint, JIRA, and SQL.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and German, with additional languages an advantage.
