At ST2 ManTech Advanced Systems Intl, we're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in providing sustainment support services globally for over 25,000 vehicles, including the Army's Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected vehicles, or MRAPs.

Responsibilities:

  • Procure and manage a high volume of materials, supplies, and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Conduct market research and recommend suppliers, prices, and delivery options.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and underlying Federal, state, and/or local regulations.
  • Update status reports, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement Team to ensure seamless logistical support.

Requirements:

  • Must obtain or already have an active Germany/E.U. Work VISA.
  • H.S. Diploma or equivalent and three (3) to 10 years of experience.
  • Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
  • Familiarity with requisition tracking and purchase order generation.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, Excel, and other office equipment.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a (DoD) Public Trust clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch, and knee.
  • Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
  • Must be able to work in high noise areas.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts.
  • Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.
