Job Description

ZIEHL-ABEGG SE is a leading international company in the fields of air, control, and drive technology. With over 110 years of experience, we have established ourselves as a global player in the development, production, and distribution of innovative products for various industries and applications.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Security Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the technical and organizational security of our IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the IT Security team, including conducting regular team meetings and performance evaluations
  • Develop and implement comprehensive IT security strategies and policies to protect our systems and data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and technologies, and implement best practices to ensure our systems remain secure
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external security vendors and partners
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT security, with a focus on security analysis, incident handling, and risk management
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing security projects and initiatives
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
