About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Childcare Professional to join our team at Kinderschutzbund Wiesbaden e.V. in Wiesbaden. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the daily lives of our children and supporting their development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs that promote social skills, self-esteem, and independence in children, aligned with the Hessian Education and Care Plan.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with children, fostering a sense of security and belonging.
  • Collaborate effectively with parents to ensure a successful partnership and support their child's growth.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our concept, bringing your ideas and expertise to the table.
Requirements
  • You hold a recognized qualification as a state-approved childcare professional or a degree in social pedagogy.
  • You are passionate about working with children and possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to understand and respond to their needs.
  • You possess strong social skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and build positive relationships.
  • You are committed to ongoing professional development and are eager to learn and grow.
  • You demonstrate a high level of responsibility, presence, and authenticity in your work.
