Job Title: Consulting FellowWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Consulting Fellow to join our team. As a Consulting Fellow, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic transformation of leading global companies, addressing pressing challenges within our key industry Financial Services as well as our key domains Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics, and ESG/Climate Tech.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research and analysis to gain insights and drive meaningful change for our clients.
- Work alongside colleagues and clients worldwide to solve complex problems and execute projects such as IT mergers, strategic transformations, and CIO/CSO reorganizations.
- Identify information sources, gather and interpret data, and present findings to your ALAIKA team members and client stakeholders.
- Apply and develop your analytical, interpersonal, creative thinking, technology, and business management skills from day one.
- Take on increasing responsibility, contributing to both client projects and at least one internal initiative.
- Support sales material and proposal development, and assist in creating sales materials and developing proposals.
- Currently studying or about to graduate in an analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, Finance, Economics) at a top-tier university.
- Relevant experience as a working student or intern, ideally in a high-paced environment such as a top (VC-backed) startup, fast-growing company, top strategy consulting, or investment banking/venture.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as German are a plus.
- Proactive, takes ownership, and prefers to ask for forgiveness rather than permission.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decision-making and optimize processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
