About the Opportunity

Contentful is seeking a talented Full Stack Software Engineer to join our innovative team. As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend and backend features using modern technologies such as TypeScript, React, and AI integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build best-in-class automation and workflow features for our customers.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend and backend features using TypeScript, React, and AI integrations.
  • Implement and integrate AI technologies to enhance our platform's capabilities and improve user experiences.
  • Consider components and systems while considering a holistic user experience.
  • Quickly fix bugs and solve problems to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize analytics to inform product decisions and improve features.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our development processes.
  • Stay current with the latest industry trends, especially in the domain of automations, workflows, and AI integrations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer in a product development environment.
  • Strong skills in TypeScript, React, and AI integrations.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Natural problem-solver who brings forward ideas leading to practical solutions and product growth.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize competing workloads in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
  • Previous experience working with Automation engines and/or integrating with AI APIs and designing AI-powered features.
