Als Gestalter:in verfügen Sie über ein tiefes Verständnis und langjährige Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von klassischen Gestaltungsprinzipien sowie über Erfahrung in der Erstellung, Bewertung, Auswahl und Weiterentwicklung Generativer Designs. Ihre Expertise umfasst die Datenvisualisierung und den Umgang mit komplexen, großen Datenmengen. Darüber hinaus beschäftigen Sie sich mit Creative Coding und Algorithmen für Generative Gestaltung. Von Vorteil ist, wenn Sie ein grundlegendes Verständnis der Methoden des maschinellen Lernens mitbringen. Die aktuellen Technologien zur Umsetzung gestalterischer Projekte (z.B. Javascript, APIs) sind Ihnen vertraut.
Wir erwarten, dass Sie sich aktiv mit ethischen und rechtlichen Aspekten Ihres Berufsbildes auseinandersetzen. Eine Ihrer Stärken ist die Konzeption und Umsetzung, die Sie unter anderem in interdisziplinäre Teams und komplexe Projekte eingebracht haben. Gleichzeitig zeichnet sich Ihr künstlerisch/gestalterisches Werk im Bereich Generatives Design durch eine eigenständige Schwerpunktsetzung aus und wird zum Beispiel durch herausragende Projekte oder Ausstellungen sichtbar.
- Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium
- Pädagogische Eignung, welche Sie unter anderem durch die Probelehrveranstaltung nachweisen
- Besondere Befähigung zu künstlerischer Arbeit, nachzuweisen durch ein aussagekräftiges Portfolio
- Besondere Leistungen bei der Anwendung oder Entwicklung wissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse und Methoden in einer mindestens fünfjährigen beruflichen Praxis, die nach Abschluss des Hochschulstudiums erworben sein muss und von der mindestens drei Jahre außerhalb des Hochschulbereichs ausgeübt worden sein müssen
