Your Responsibilities

Oversee all construction activities at various sites, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards

Monitor costs, deadlines, and quality standards, making informed decisions to optimize project outcomes

Assist in project cost estimation and subcontractor procurement, leveraging your expertise to drive project success

Manage personnel and materials throughout the project, ensuring efficient resource allocation and utilization

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and deliveryYour Profile

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in construction, preferably as a Site Manager
  • Independent, structured work approach and assertiveness
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficient in common software (MS Office, Construction Software)
