About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Application Manager to join our team at REMONDIS IT Services GmbH. As an IT Application Manager, you will be responsible for the continuous and fault-tolerant operation of our IT services, including Intrexx and Cobra.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become the single point of contact for all IT-related matters, ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT services, including process optimization and change management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT application management, with a strong background in software development, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Experience with low-code platforms, such as Intrexx, and CRM systems.
  • Fluency in German (C1) and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
