Sales Director

Join Vision Markets, a global leader in the vision industry, as we seek an experienced Sales Leader to drive growth and success in our Vision Technologies division.
As Head of Sales, you will lead and develop a dynamic sales team, driving global sales activities and defining market-focused sales strategies. You will interact closely with our management team to define company goals and create sales forecasts, building long-term relationships with strategic business partners and key accounts.
We are looking for a strong leader with a proven track record of success in sales leadership, preferably in the vision, automation, or related industry. You will have excellent communication skills in English and German, and be willing to travel globally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the sales team, driving global sales activities
- Define and implement market-focused sales strategies
- Interact closely with the management team to define company goals and create sales forecasts
- Build long-term relationships with strategic business partners and key accounts
- Attend international trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions to expand your business network
Requirements:
- Experienced Sales Leader with a proven track record of success
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and develop a team
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
- Willingness to travel globally
