Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA engineer to implement our QA strategy, standards, and practices across all Solactive's software engineering teams. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall quality of our products and software.

Your Responsibilities
  • Implement a consistent and effective global QA strategy, working closely with our engineering managers, product owners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks and test suites, ensuring seamless integration into day-to-day development.
  • Collaborate with DevOps to set up environments for functional and integration tests.
  • Design and implement test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and TestNG.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Develop and maintain test data, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Contribute to a culture of curiosity, learning, and knowledge sharing in the QA team and across all engineering teams.
Your Profile
  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, specializing in automation testing.
  • Proven track record of constructing automation frameworks and test suites from scratch within an agile environment.
  • Experience in setting up environments for functional and integration tests and seamlessly integrating them into day-to-day development.
  • Broad hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks.
  • Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar.
  • Proficiency with version control systems, continuous integration tools, and task management tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and instigate change in a dynamic environment.
