• Operate high-precision grinding machines to produce complex components and parts.
• Develop and implement grinding programs on the machine based on technical drawings for individual parts and small series.
• Perform handwork and finishing tasks.
• Conduct quality control checks.

• Previous experience in grinding or a related field is not required, but a strong willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
• Flexibility to work in various shifts, including night shifts, evening shifts, and morning shifts.
