Honold Logistik, a leading logistics company in Southern Germany, is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) zur Tourenbetreuung in der Nachtschicht.
About the Role:
- As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing tour operations, ensuring seamless logistics services for our clients.
- You will work closely with our transport partners, communicating and resolving any issues that may arise during the transportation process.
- With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints and resolving any discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
- As a liaison between our company and transport partners, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.
Requirements:
- You have completed a successful commercial education and have relevant experience in the logistics industry.
- Ideally, you have experience working in a similar role, but we also welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our transport partners and clients.
- You are a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- You have a strong understanding of logistics processes and procedures, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
- You are proficient in MS Office and have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German.
