Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled User Assistance Developer (Associate) to join our team and assist in creating and maintaining documentation for BTP ABAP. As a User Assistance Developer, you will play a critical role in helping our customers succeed by providing clear, concise, and easy-to-understand documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive documentation for BTP ABAP that meets organizational standards
- Maintain and update existing SAP technical documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Collaborate closely with developers to gather information about products and translate technical information into user-friendly content
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in media, communication, translation, or language-based areas
- Strong background in technical communication or documentation
- Ability to distill complex technical information into user-friendly language
- Excellent English language skills with a keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of DITA and XML is a plus, but not required
