  • Vertragsmanagement mit der Leasinggesellschaft (Konfiguration, Tankkarten, Rechnungen etc.)
  • Benchmarking der Leasinggesellschaften
  • Unterstützung bei der Bestellung
  • Unterstützung beim Aktualisieren der Fuhrparkrichtlinie
  • Erstellen von Verträgen und Berechnungen von Geldwertervorteilen
  • Pflege von Fahrerdaten
  • Steuerung der Fahrzeugübergabe an die Fahrer und Entgegennahme der Rückläufer
  • Verkauf von Werkswagen
  • Pflege von Daten zur Führerscheinkontrolle
  • Analyse und Optimierung der Fuhrparkprozesse
  • Erfahrungsaustausch mit den Geschäftsgruppen der anderen Teilkonzerne von EagleBurgmann

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
  • Kommunikations- und Organisationsgeschick
  • Offenheit und Lernbereitschaft für neue Aufgaben
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
