Als Study Abroad Consultant bei EF hast du die Chance, sprachbegeisterten Kunden das Lebensgefühl im Ausland zu vermitteln. Du wirst Teil eines internationalen Teams und hast die Möglichkeit, in Deutschland und weltweit zu arbeiten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Analysiere per Telefon die Bedürfnisse der Reiseinteressenten und erstelle maßgeschneiderte Angebote
  • Verkaufe Sprachreisen und/oder Langzeitaufenthalte im Ausland und verändere das Leben tausender Menschen
  • Repräsentiere EF bei persönlichen Beratungsgesprächen sowie auf Messen und Informationsveranstaltungen
  • Begeistere Kunden in unserem "EF Virtual Office", einer innovativen digitalen Plattform, um virtuell die EF Campus-Erfahrung zu vermitteln

Dein Profil

  • Du hast erfolgreich deinen Bachelor im Tourismus, in Wirtschaft, internationale Beziehungen oder ähnliches abgeschlossen oder besitzt eine touristische Ausbildung und erste Berufserfahrung
  • Begeisterung für den Verkauf, Verhandlungsgeschick und Abschlussstärke
  • Hohe Kunden-/Serviceorientierung sowie eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist, Flexibilität und Ausdauer
  • Sehr gutes Ausdrucksvermögen der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
  • Idealweise gute Englischkenntnisse und eigene Auslandserfahrungen
